You are what you eat.


I’m sure you’ve heard the saying: “YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!!!”




It pertains to the importance of eating good food. If you have a healthy diet, eat your fruits, alkaline vegetables and drinking plenty of alkaline water, you will be a healthy person. If you eat unhealthy food, your body will Oxidize. Oxidation meaning aging, rusting, deteriorating over the course of time. Sometimes when you’re at work, in a meeting, driving in your car, you’ll tend to get sleepy in the middle of the day. That is because your body has very Low to No energy. Your body is acidic, producing acid and toxins (Fatty Fat) in your body. 



Japan is the #1 healthiest country in the world.  Canada is #11. Here in America, we’re ranked #38 in the world. NOT GOOD!!! The United States is ranked the #1 country in obesity.Our children are overfed and undernourished, lacking fruits and vegetables. Parents giving toddlers sodas, Mcdonald hamburgers and all kinds of candies at an early age. Under these unhealthy circumstances, these cases can lead up to health deficiencies, childhood diabetes, cancer etc. Today, Cancer is Now the #1 killer for children, teens & adults. 


For our children, we should replace sweet candy for sweet fruits for them to eat like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, grapes etc. I prefer natural sweetness over artificial sweetness. We must bring awareness that unhealthy foods & drinks will shorten the lives of our youth. Alkaline Fruits, Vegetables and Alkaline Water is the way to a long healthy prosperous life.
